How can I buy your products?
You can buy online by using the left and right hand menus or the search box to view our ranges then enter the quantity of dishes required and simply click ADD TO CART when you see the product(s) you wish to buy.
Alternatively you can call and place your order over the phone, but please make sure you have all your payment and delivery details to hand. Our number is 01274 309600 between the hours 9.00am-3.30pm Monday - Friday
You can further purchase our products by sending your order to us via post with your cheque written out to pay Aktiv Bodz Ltd, please remember to include your delivery address.
Paying for my order!
When you place an order you will be asked for your credit or debit card details. We use a secure site for all payment transactions and your card will be charged immediately. All cheques should be made payable to Aktiv Bodz Ltd.
Cooking our dishes!
All of our products can be cooked straight from frozen and full cooking instructions and ingredients are provided on every product. You can either microwave or put in the oven whichever you prefer.
Nothing further added its simply frozen!
We air-blast freeze our meals as soon as they are prepared to maintain the appearance, nutrients, flavour and texture of the meals, so you always get a meal which looks, tastes and smells homemade. Freezing is natures own preservative which means the product contains fewer artificial colours and preservatives than supermaket chilled meals which are often packed with nasty additives to keep them on the shelves longer. There's nothing further added to our meals other than the ingredients within the chefs recipe.
How are your meals different from other ready meals!
To start with our meals are aimed at bodybuilders, rugby players, strength athletes etc and contain a lot more protein than your usual supermarket meals, check out the nutritional profile.
Also the meals are a lot bigger than supermarket meals and all of our meals are handmade by an experienced team with over 13 years in the food industry. We source and cook the best ingredients available from local farmers, small holdings and producers. We cook as you would at home in small batches using fresh ingredients, such as British meats, vegetables and standard kitchen cupboard ingredients.
Our meals are different because we are passionate about our meals and what we put in them!
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to any UK address be it your home, address of a family member or friend or even your place of work.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive between 9.30am - 5.30pm on our designated delivery days which is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Please note:
There will be no deliverys the day after a Bank Holiday, so orders placed on a Bank Holiday (Monday) will be sent out Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.

Delivery will cost £11.96 up to 10kg (Next day delivery and Insulated Box )
How will my products be packed?
The orders are packed as follows
- A specially designed insulated box to insulate the parcel and keep the product temperature below-18c.
- Gel ice packs to keep your product frozen if needed.
- Delivery by our established and reliable nationwide courier service.
Delivery Cost (Supplements)
Standard Recorded Delivery is free for all UK mainland addresses. Items will be able to be tracked and must be signed for upon receipt.
We are unable to deliver outside of the UK, including Offshore Islands or Ireland.
Please allow 2-3 working days for Standard Recorded Delivery. 90% of these deliveries should reach the customer within 2 working days. Orders received before 3.00pm will be despatched the same day. All orders are shipped by an independent courier.
PLEASE NOTE: VERY OCCASIONALLY CONSIGNMENTS ARE LOST IN TRANSIT; IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO TRACK THEM WITH OUR DELIVERY COMPANY AS SOON AS WE CAN, BUT DELIVERY MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS.

What should I do if I'm going to be out on delivery day?
There are two choices. First you could have the food delivered to an alternative address such as work, a friend, neighbour or relative. Second you can leave clear alternative delivery details when placing your order such as leave in porch, garage etc.But please note however, a delivery that is not signed for is left AT YOUR OWN RISK If the driver can find a reasonably secure place to leave the package AKTIV BODZ LTD cannot accept responsibility for any damages or losses caused if no instructions given.
What happens about damaged or lost goods?
If goods are lost or damaged we will process a replacement order or a refund, which ever's best for you. However we reserve the right to request the return of the damaged goods for QC testing and inspection.
Are your products nut free?
Most of our products do not contain nuts, however we cannot guarantee they don't contain traces of nuts as they are prepared in an enviroument that handles nuts and nut products.
