How can I buy your products?
You can buy online by using the left and right hand menus or the search box to view our ranges then enter the quantity of products required and simply click ADD TO CART when you see the product(s) you wish to buy.
Alternatively you can call and place your order over the phone, but please make sure you have all your payment and delivery details to hand. Our number is 01274 309600 between the hours 9.00am-3.30pm Monday - Friday
You can further purchase our products by sending your order to us via post with your cheque written out to pay Aktiv Bodz Ltd, please remember to include your delivery address.
Paying for my order!
When you place an order you will be asked for your credit or debit card details. We use a secure site for all payment transactions and your card will be charged immediately. All cheques should be made payable to Aktiv Bodz Ltd.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to any UK address be it your home, address of a family member or friend or even your place of work.
There will be no deliverys the day after a Bank Holiday, so orders placed on a Bank Holiday (Monday) will be sent out Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery Cost (Supplements)
Standard Recorded Delivery is free for all UK mainland addresses. Items will be able to be tracked and must be signed for upon receipt.
We are unable to deliver outside of the UK, including Offshore Islands or Ireland.
Please allow 2-3 working days for Standard Recorded Delivery. 90% of these deliveries should reach the customer within 2 working days. Orders received before 3.00pm will be despatched the same day. All orders are shipped by an independent courier.
PLEASE NOTE: VERY OCCASIONALLY CONSIGNMENTS ARE LOST IN TRANSIT; IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO TRACK THEM WITH OUR DELIVERY COMPANY AS SOON AS WE CAN, BUT DELIVERY MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS.

What should I do if I'm going to be out on delivery day?
There are two choices. First you could have the food delivered to an alternative address such as work, a friend, neighbour or relative. Second you can leave clear alternative delivery details when placing your order such as leave in porch, garage etc.But please note however, a delivery that is not signed for is left AT YOUR OWN RISK If the driver can find a reasonably secure place to leave the package AKTIV BODZ LTD cannot accept responsibility for any damages or losses caused if no instructions given.
What happens about damaged or lost goods?
If goods are lost or damaged we will process a replacement order or a refund, which ever's best for you. However we reserve the right to request the return of the damaged goods for QC testing and inspection.
