Each Muscle Meal contains Class A protein from Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Fish and Eggs

                                                  All meals contain around 35~45g of Class A protein

      Good quality carbohydrates from Potatoes, Rice, Pasta

Muscle Meals can be used as you like, you can use them to replace your whole diet or they can be used to fill in those gaps in your diet like the times when you get home late and you then have to start preparing and cooking a meal or worse still get a takeaway, not good, but if you've got a few Muscle Meals in your freezer then you can stick one in the microwave read your favourite bodybuilding magazine and 10~15 minutes later a perfectly cooked and balanced meal with no effort at all !!

 

Some of the guys use the Muscle Meals as their post workout meal, Neil Rushton Class 1 Mr England, Class 1 Mr UK uses them just for that, like he says when he gets home after a gruelling workout the last thing he wants to start doing is preparing a meal, so what could be easier, pop a meal in the microwave, quick shower, then eat !!

 

Another good time to use a Muscle Meal is the weekends, which means you can relax a bit over the weekend and not have to worry about cooking and still keep your diet on track, most people are having 2 meals for Saturday and 2 meals for Sunday and then filling the rest of the day with protein shakes and snacks.
