Meal 4 Same as Meal 2
Meal 5 100g Workout Shake (Waxy Maise Starch, Whey Isolate, Glutamine, Creatine) Drink half while training and drink half immediately after workout.
Meal 6 Aktiv Bodz Muscle Meal (This meal approx 30-60minutes after workout)
Meal 7 1 Tin Tuna, 100g Cottage Cheese, 1 Whole Egg

 

 

SCOTT RHODES (current diet)

 

Meal 1        
Upon waking, 1 Scoop Whey, 1 Scoop Maltodextrin                                
Meal 2 20 Minutes after above, 4 Poached Eggs (whole eggs), 1 Wholemeal Toast, 100g Bran Flakes, 200ml SS Milk
Meal 3 8oz (226g) Chicken Breast, 200g Potato or 100g Brown Basmati Rice, Mixed Vegetables, Small Yoghurt or Small Pot Rice Pudding, 10ml Udo's Oil
Meal 4 As Above
Meal 5 Mass Gainer (50g Protein, 70g Carbohydrates, 17g Fats)
Meal 6 Pre-Workout Drink (Superpump 250, V Max Pump, No Explode etc, etc)
Meal 7 Post Workout 1 10g Glutamine, 150 Liquid Carbohydrates, Anti Oxidant (2 capsules)
Meal 8 Post Workout 2 15 minutes after above, 50-60g Whey, 60g Maltodextrin, Chromium Picolinate (2 capsules)
Meal 9 10oz (285g) Sirloin Steak, 50g Brown Basmati Rice, Mixed Vegetables
Meal 10 Cottage Cheese or Whey Protein with 10ml Udo's Oil

 

  Meal 6, 7, 8 are obviously on training days only !!


  I use around 3-5 Muscle Meals a week depending on how busy or how lazy i am Smile
