We understand the importance of maintaining your privacy and will not sell, rent or disclose your personal details to anyone without your prior consent unless required to do so by law.

When you engage in certain activities on this site, such as subscibing to our newsletter or registering to purchase products, we will ask you for certain information about yourself including.

Your address, including the postcode of the billing address associated with the payment card.

A contact telephone number(s) preferably a land line or mobile number.

Your e-mail address so we can send you important information such as order confirmations and changes to our delivery service.

We may from time to time ask you for personal information to enable us to build a more detailed customer profile. This means we can send you specific information relevant to you and also let you know of any offers and discounts. However we will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such direct marketing and if you would prefer not to receive these, please e-mail us on info@aktivbodz.com

Aktiv Bodz Ltd only sells goods on our website to the end user and they should not be resold without our prior written consent.

We will confirm all orders twice, firstly by an on screen confirmation immediately after your payment has been received and secondly via e-mail to confirm your order details.

When registering you will be asked to create a password for your account. You must keep this confidential and not share it with anyone as you will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password.

Prices

Goods will be charged at the price published on the website at the time you confirm your order. Excluding any technical errors beyond our control, we will honour any prices as published at the time of placing your order. Our automated system will debit your card on receipt of your order. Should your order include anything out of stock, you will have a choice of a refund or a credit note.

All our meals/food products are zero rated for VAT.

Discounts & Vouchers

By registering on our site you will be eligible for special discounts and promotions we may do throughout the year. Vouchers will be sent via e-mail and you will be given a unique voucher code to enable you to take advantage of the promotion.

Each voucher code may only be used once and Aktiv Bodz reserves the right to refuse a sale if we feel fraud is suspected.

Each voucher is exclusive and may not be used with any other offer. Discount vouchers may be used against orders that contain products on promotion.

Aktiv Bodz reserves the right to withdraw or cancel an e-voucher for any reason at any time.

Delivery Charges (Meals)

Delivery will cost £6.95 up to 10kg which will be around 8 of the 900g and 600g meals and 20 of the 350g meals.

Delivery will cost £7.97 up to 20kg which will be around 18 of the 900g and 600g meals and 45 of the 350g meals.

Delivery Charges (Supplements) FREE

Standard Recorded Delivery is free for all UK mainland addresses. Items will be able to be tracked and must be signed for upon receipt.

Please allow 2-3 working days for Standard Recorded Delivery. 90% of these deliveries should reach the customer within 2 working days. Orders received before 3.00pm will be despatched the same day. All orders are shipped by an independent courier.

PLEASE NOTE: VERY OCCASIONALLY CONSIGNMENTS ARE LOST IN TRANSIT; IF THIS HAPPENS WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO TRACK THEM WITH OUR DELIVERY COMPANY AS SOON AS WE CAN, BUT DELIVERY MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS.

We are unable to deliver outside of the UK, including Offshore Islands or Ireland.

If an order is placed for delivery to a destination we do not cover then we will contact you to advise of this and will refund your card the full amount minus 3% to cover card processing fees.

The delivery address you specify may be at home, at work or with a neighbour. If you have to go out on delivery day please leave clear instructions on your door where you want the delivery leaving. A delivery that is not signed for is left  AT YOUR OWN RISK

We cannot accept resposibility for incorrect deliveries due to incorrect postcodes or address details being submitted with the order, or instances where there is no contact number provided, or we cannot contact you on the number provided.

We deliver Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday, Friday. We do not deliver at weekends, on a Monday or on a Bank Holiday. We also cannot deliver on the day immediately after a Bank Holiday.

Delivery charge is not included in the price of the goods.

Cancelled Orders

Orders can be cancelled at any time up to the closing time for acceptance of orders (3pm two working days before delivery.) Payments will be refunded, minus 3% to cover costs incurred by us in handling your payment / credit.

As an online retailer we are governed by the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

However, the regulations relating to the return of unwanted goods do not apply to us, as we are selling perishable goods. Please go to www.dti.gov.uk for more information.

Guarantee

We aim to supply you with food of the highest quality and standards at all times and would not send out any products that we were not 100% happy with. However, if any products fail to please you, please contact us immediately by e-mail jacqui@globalfinefoods.com or info@aktivbodz.com or by phone 01162767111.

We will replace the value of the unused product with an alternative or replacement on your next delivery. We reseve the right to request the return of the unwanted product for testing. I n the event that your order does not arrive on the agreed delivery date, or arrives in a condition that means it is unusable, we will refund you your money on the return of the complete unused order.

Aktiv Bodz reserve the right to correct any typographical, clerical or other error on this website without any liability.

Aktiv Bodz reserves the right to make changes to this website and any content within it from time to time and to tempoairly or permanently discontinue this website or any part of it  from time to time without notice.

Aktiv Bodz endeavours to ensure that any information on this website is accurate, but makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy and accepts no liability for the same. Aktiv Bodz gives no warranty either express or implied as to this website or its contents and all warranties are hereby excluded ( so far as permitted by law )

Aktiv Bodz does not warrant that your use of or access to this website will be uninterrupted or free from errors.

Aktiv Bodz shall have no liability for damages caused by hostile software which may affect your equipment or property on account of your use of this website or the downloading of any material on it.
